An Autumn dinner event that has been created and crafted by head chef, Lachlan Houghton that features seasonal game including kangaroo, quail, duck and venison as well as locally sourced vegetables from Brillig Farm and Living Earth Farm.

Due to popular demand, Head Chef, Lachlan Houghton, and Pastry Chef, Lucy Matheson, have created a dessert only dinner, featuring 7 courses of nothing but dessert!

Head Chef, Lachlan Houghton, has designed a six course lunch that features the beautifully in-season crustaceans sourced from local suppliers.
