Change is in the air … from September 2023 [just] Birch Restaurant will be closing it’s doors.
This is simply the end and beginning of another chapter in our adventure.

Birch Store, our beloved nook of creativity, tastes and connection, will keep its doors open and continue being your go-to place for all things delish [and will increase it’s beautiful offerings in the coming months]. 

Birch has always been about connections – savouring food and nurturing community, an honour we have truly valued.

Adapting is now well-engrained in our DNA.
This transition feels like the next natural step for us … and damn, it feels ok. 

As we bid farewell to the Restaurant, we’re embracing this evolution. The memories of Birch Restaurant will linger, but our journey continues, and we’re grateful to have you along for whatever this next chapter will become at the Store.
