WILL RIKARD-BELL from RIKARD WINES Is one the most passionate winemakers we know…Rikard produce tiny parcels of ultra-premium, hand-crafted wines from selected cool climate sites in the Orange wine region. Share in Will’s passionate endeavour with a BIRCH FEAST as well as insights into the grand plans he has for Rikard Wines.
The menu for this night have been designed to compliment the wine, and includes:
truffle cauliflower shot
black tiger prawn // paper, garlic + ceviche with lemon + tomato
duck + pork terrine, croute, pickle with chilli + pistachio jam
lamb // braised shoulder + seared loin with mint crisps, seasonal vege, honey carrot + Robertson potato
chestnut parfait, meringue + crumb

T+C’s // tickets to all events are required to paid in full at the time of booking. Refunds can be provided for cancellations up to 8 days prior to the event time [minus a $35 per ticket admin and transfer fee per ticket]. No refunds can be issued for cancellations within 8 days of the event start time [this includes cancellations due to contracting Covid-19 or mandated isolation requirements, unfortunately due to the ordering requirements for these events we can not sustain costs incurred due to late cancellations for this reason, tickets can be transferred in this case to another person so as not wasted]. All dietary preferences are to be provided at the time of booking, please add these to booking notes at the check-out [the ability to cater to dietary preferences at the time of the events will not be possible]. Current covid conditions of entry will apply and/or otherwise outlined and required by Birch. Covid-related concerns will be monitored and decisions regarding safety communicated to participants, if required, in the lead-up to the events.
