Enjoy a degustation-style tasting dinner [6’ish courses] fully prepared by Birch at the divine Groundstone Cafe. Birch is well-known for it’s signature degustation that aims to highlight the best dishes of any current menu, so will be bringing some of it’s most tasty and favoured dishes from past menus to share.

Wine pairing will of course be available for any additional $45 per person.

T+C’s // tickets to all events are required to paid in full at the time of booking. Refunds will be provided for cancellations to single events only up to 30 days prior to the event time [minus booking fees]. No refunds can be issued for cancellations within 30 days of a single event start time. All dietary preferences are to be provided at the time of booking, please add these to booking notes at the check-out [the ability to cater to dietary preferences at the time of the events will not be possible]. Covid conditions of entry will apply at all venues. Covid threats will be monitored and decisions regarding safety communicated to participants, if required, in the lead-up to the events.
