Our Good Friday dinner will be a 7 course degustation created to highlight the premium seafood we source from our trusted supplier and fishermen. A menu designed to showcase exquisite seafood including fish, crustacean and more [wine pairing will be available]
Please include ALL dietary preferences in your booking notes.
If you are hoping to dine with a group [who might be purchasing tickets separately] please let us know so we can ensure seating plans can be done to accommodate you together.
T+C’s // tickets to all events are required to paid in full at the time of booking. Refunds can be provided for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event time [minus a $35 per ticket admin and transfer fee]. No refunds can be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event start time [this includes cancellations due to contracting Covid-19 or mandated isolation requirements, unfortunately due to the ordering requirements for the Easter period we can not afford to sustain costs incurred due to late cancellations for this reason, tickets can be transferred in this case so as not wasted]. All dietary preferences are to be provided at the time of booking, please add these to booking notes at the check-out [the ability to cater to dietary preferences at the time of the events will not be possible]. Current covid conditions of entry will apply and/or otherwise outlined and required by Birch. Covid-related concerns will be monitored and decisions regarding safety communicated to participants, if required, in the lead-up to the events. All event fees include public holiday loading and no further charges will be incurred.
