Join our exclusive cooking class led by Birch’s renowned chef [Ben] and restaurateur [Renee] as they unravel and share the secrets of Birch cuisine in a culinary cooking demonstration and dining experience. 

Ben and Renee will demonstrate a few of their favourite dishes while letting guests in on a few of the secrets, tips and tricks they utilise when creating dishes and menus at Birch. Guests will enjoy a lunch [all drinks included too and will feature wines paired by Renee to the menu].

This afternoon will undoubtedly be filled with much banter, laughter and good food. A real insight into the creating at Birch … a never been offered before experience.

T+C’s // tickets to this event are required to paid in full at the time of purchasing. Refunds can be provided for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event time [minus a $35 per ticket admin fee]. No refunds can be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event start time [this includes cancellations due to illness, change of plans, travel delays]. Unfortunately due to the ordering requirements for this event we can not sustain costs incurred due to late cancellations. If you can not come within 14 days of the event start time, your ticket can be transferred to another person so as not wasted (this is the responsibility of the ticket holder).
