THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO SUIT COUPLES AND/OR FRIENDS DUE TO THE BEDDING ARRANGEMENT IN THE HOMESTEAD. THERE ARE ONLY 12 VIP PLACES AVAILABLE [PLEASE ENQUIRE FOR ALTERNATE COSTS IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING A SOLO PARTICIPANT]

T+C’s // tickets to all events are required to paid in full at time of booking. Refunds will be provided for cancellations to single events only up to 30 days prior to the event time [minus booking fees]. No refunds can be issued for cancellations within 30 days of a single event start time. VIP cancellations can be accepted up until 10th June 2021 [funds can be reimbursed minus $450 booking fee with no refund possible for VIP cancellations after 10th June 2021]. Solo participants to the VIP experience only will incur a higher per person rate due to the bedding arrangements at the accommodation venue. All dietary preferences are to be provided at the time of booking [ability to accommodate at the time of the events will not be possible]. Covid conditions of entry will apply at all venues. Covid threats will be monitored and decisions regarding safety communicated to participants, if required, in the lead-up to the events. If lock-downs/borders controls impact travel, the organisers will advise accordingly. If deemed safe to proceed by the organisers [in consultation with NSW health], and participants choose to cancel at that time, cancellation polices and fees are applicable. Some events may alter due weather conditions, changes will be communicated to participants.
