DINNER // Friday and Saturday from 6pm + Thursday night set menu dining has returned.
SUNDAY LUNCH // the first Sunday in each month [click here for details of which Sunday’s are opening for booking currently]

**Birch Winter Break … Birch will be closed 9th – 13th June 2022 while the crew enjoys a well-earned rest

Please note the following information and conditions of entry are applicable to all guests:
– if you, and/or your guests, are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms please don’t come
– we do not flip tables [so if you book a table this will be yours for the entire evening]
– our cancellation fee is applicable for ALL guests who do not show for their booking, cancel or request a postponement within 72 hours of their booking start time. This is applicable if cancellations are due to illness [including covid isolation requirements].
– credit card pre-authorisation is required to secure all bookings.

PRE-ORDER TAKEAWAY will continue indefinitely.
For take-away orders:
Pre-order menus are released at 6pm each Sunday night.
Orders are due by 10am Thursday morning.
Collection is available between Thursday to Saturday [collections are from Birch Store]

Redeeming a gift voucher
Since our reopening in June 2020 from lockdown no.1 [and subsequently no.2], we have added additional ways in which vouchers can be redeemed.

All vouchers due to expire between February 2020 up until March 2021 have been extended until September 2021 [vouchers can be redeemed online for the pre-order takeaway since July 2020 as well as in the restaurant].

We can not extend any vouchers that have expired within this period beyond this date, we have been as lenient as we possibly can whilst trying to maintain a sustainable business.

So to recap:
– Birch Restaurant vouchers can be redeemed at the restaurant or for pre-order takeaway menu.
– Birch Store vouchers can ONLY be redeemed at Birch Store or online at www.birchstore.com.au.
– Birch Restaurant and Store vouchers are not interchangeable and can not be used in lieu of pre-authorisation for bookings or exchanged for cash.

Booking terms + Conditions:

We process a $50 per guest non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (unless it is specified differently for a special dining event). This menu payment is non-refundable in the case of cancellation, reduction in the number of guests dining, or in the event of a no-show. (Note: this fee will be deducted from your bill at the time of dining with us and please note gift vouchers can not be used to secure bookings).

Changes to the date booked may be allowed up to 72 hours prior to your booking time, but all changes will be based on availability to rebook; if we have a table available on another date that we can move you to then we will happily do so, but if we do not have availability then you will be required to honour your original booking.

We can cater to all dietary requirements if given advance notice. Please include these details in your booking notes before you confirm. No notification of dietary preferences may result in us not being able to fully accommodate a guest at the time of dining.

COVID
If you are feeling unwell with COVID symptoms then please do not enter the building.

If you are unable to attend your booked time due to covid impacts or isolations, please notify us ASAP. We will endeavour to reschedule your booking (pending availability) and rebook your seats at the affected time. If we are unable to do this the cancellation fee will apply (no exceptions). Alternatively, you can seek your own replacement.
