For take-away orders:
Pre-order menus are released at 6pm each Sunday night.
Orders are due by 10am Thursday morning.
Collection is available between Thursday to Saturday [collections are from Birch Store]

Redeeming a gift voucher
Since our reopening last June we have added additional ways in which vouchers can be redeemed.
All vouchers that were due to expire in 2020 have been extended 6 months from their original expiration date. We have also enabled Birch Restaurant vouchers to be redeemed online for the pre-order takeaway menu since June 2020 also.
Once we reopened, bookings have been in hot demand. This is why we have been providing weekly booking updates on our website, social media channels, answering machine message and weekly enewsletter.
If your voucher is due to expire soon and you are unable to book with us as we are booked out, we ask that you utilise your voucher online for our pre-order takeaway menu as we do not feel it fair to the 20-30 guests that have attempted to be organise and book early, still miss out and be added to our waitlists patiently hoping for a table.
We understand this is not ideal for some, but we feel we have been more than accommodating and communicated options and booking timeframes adequately to enable foreseeable planning since June last year.
Please note there are a few considerations we ask you to abide by:
– if you’re snotty/coughy/feverish please don’t come
– we do not flip tables [so if you book a table this will be yours for the evening]
– no show/late cancellation fee is applicable for ALL guests [credit card pre-authorisation is required to secure all bookings]. This includes guests not showing up as part of a larger booking. This policy WILL be implemented during any restriction periods [it is more important now then ever that we operate sustainably].
– no mask = no entry
– drivers licences are required to be presented on arrival
– if you have been to, in contact with, any person or venue within the hot zones as determined by Australia Government Authorities since 21st June and/or effected by stay-at-home or lockdown orders announced on 26th June please do not come.
