Award winning Birch Restaurant is packing up, hitting the road and bringing a piece of the Southern Highlands to Orange, NSW in July 2021.
A series of events will be held between 22-25 July, however the Birch VIP experience will be the premier [and most indulgent way] to participate in the weekend. Tickets to a selection of signature events are also available [though these are incredibly limited].
