BEER + WINE + CIDER WINTER DINNER SERIES

What better way to welcome the weekend during the coldest month in the Highland’s then by enjoying a series of BEER + WINE + CIDER dinners being held on Friday night’s throughout July at Birch. Come along to all three or choose which tickles your tastebuds the most. Designed to be hearty, warming and relaxed dinner events, where we hope to share a few insights into each of these delights.

BEER DINNER – 6.30pm Friday 12th July 2019
A wintery three course share menu paired with craft beers from Capital Brewing.

WINE DINNER – 6.30pm Friday 19th July 2019
Indulgent three course a la carte menu paired with local Southern Highland wines.

CIDER DINNER – 6.30pm Friday 26th July 2019
Relaxed three course hearty menu paired with ciders and mead.
Please note: if wines are not your thing we are more than happy to pair with wines

Each dinner is $90 per person and includes three courses and paired beverages.

CELEBRATE FATHER’S DAY WITH THE BIRCH DADS

Celebrate Father’s Day with the ultimate family share menu that includes a share entree board, main course inspired by the good ol’ Sunday roast and hearty meats and a dessert platter to finish off.

When: Sunday 1st September 2019
Seating times: 11.30 or 2.30pm
(please note if you book for 11.30am you need to vacate by 2pm)
